Workplace Area

We have a very strict policy with the internet usage. We block all the public and social networking sites on all the systems used by the employees. None of our employees are allowed to carry any type of storage devices.

We have 1 Gbps Fibre Internet connection; this gives us enough bandwidth to support our clients and also to have better quality on VoIP calls.

Employees

We recruit only local candidates who are skilled, experienced, highly trained, well educated and dedicated individuals, who take the time to make sure that each assignment is done right before moving on to the next one. We provide handsome salaries and incentive packages to our Employees based on their skills and performance, which we review at the end of the financial year. Our goal for each of our Employees is to make them carve a niche and excel by any market standards in any market conditions. We give our Employees a good direction to improve their Career by helping them challenge themselves and enabling them to recognize and enhance their own potential.

Training and Job description

Although our employees will have required technical skills, if required we still provide a brief training on the tasks and procedures that need to be performed or followed.

Complete Job description and responsibilities are provided beforehand, we need this to make sure that we keep the employee within his domain of the required tasks.

Service Contract

We normally bill our clients on an hourly basis and the work might be done by multiple employees of our Company. In particular case we understand that the employee will be dealing with sensitive data, so we will engage one of our employee on a full time basis at your services. Thereafter if required we will accommodate a second dedicate part time employee for sharing the workload.

Contracts are prepared on yearly basis and are renewed each year. An initial 3 months probation period is allowed.

Payments

All the Payments can be made in dollars itself by a wire transfer to one of our HDFC or ICICI bank account. Payments should be made on monthly basis.

Resources

If a dedicated resource is required we request a minimum of 100 hrs per month for that dedicated resource.
